Dorsiflexion is how much the toes will come up. I would send him

pictures of your son standing on his feet from the back and sides.

Dorsiflexion is how much the foot can flex back up toward the shin. Try

sending a picture where you move the foot toward the shin and go back as far

as you can without causing discomfort. Dr. P can then tell you if your

child has enough dorsiflexion.
