There are some remedies in the health food

store for menopause but ask Dr. if it conflicts with your meds first. I did a

lot of research on hormone replacement therapy and went off of it in the light

of new dangerous info. P.S. I’m not one of those health, herbal nuts so

I really studied that stuff first!

Hi everyone!!! It's Lorra again. I have had SLE for 12 yrs

now and

after the

first 3 to 4 yrs my lupus was for the most part calm. Now

it's decided

to pay me a nasty visit. I was on 60mg of pred. for a

long time

and finally finally came off and havent had the need for

it till now.

First it was 5mg then 10mg the 7 /12 then 10 and 20mg

and now

today its 40mg. Plus He doubled my bp meds and my zoloft too

200 a day

and stronger pain meds. It has just thrown me for a loop

LOL. So I

had a hissy fit on the way home and on the way to work and

at work for

a while. So now i am getting used to the idea. I dont

like it but

gettting used to it. LOL I have gone through menapause

and I am

having hot flashs, not sleeping, short of breath, swelling,

and frickin

moody. Any suggestions on how too get me through this

mess????

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I go back to the doc on the 17th too

see if any

of this is working. Anyway talk to ya soon.

Love Lorra Lupie
