Guest guest
When I was checking one of my books about Carpal Tunnel earlier today for Stacey, I remembered that it also has a tremendous section on a whole variety of exercises for things besides CTS. It has drawings of a body with different parts shaded in, like the neck, shoulder, forearm, thumb, fingers etc. Next to the drawing there is a section listing symptoms like, aching, sore, decreased range of motion, tight, loss of strength. Beside these symptom sections there is another section referencing pages for specific excercise you can do for self-help. The focus of the book is on upper body repetitive strain injuries. It is " Conquering Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and other Repetitive Strain Injuries " by Sharon . At about $18 new, it is not a bad book to have on hand if any of you fit the category. Other than that, keep in mind that I have a copy if you ever need me to check something in it for you. I have a couple of other books that cover whole body, therapeutic stretching as well. For those of you into stretching in general and with an interest in the energetic modalities, I also have a couple of books with exercises specifically intended to enhance your personal " energy.
