You have a lot going with your health, but you are right to appreciate your family and friends. They make it a lot easier for many of us. Where in Long Island do you live? I have friend in Hicksville and Stream Valley. I myself live in NJ, but moved here 10 years ago. I was a Queens resident for a long while before moving.
