Which way does yours dislocate????

Dear Sharon,

Right goes out both front and back + blade dislocates. Was told Left goes

out both too but know for sure at least front. (was told all this by a doc and a

therapist). My right one is out more than in - basically I can't keep either the

blade or the socket in place so they just stay out. I am SO loose that moving

things back in are very rarely a problem.

After looking at that site I would say mine are subglenoid as when I put

them back I have to go up and back not just back.
