I am also 41 and have been progressively experiencing worse and worse periods,

lasting 14 days, very, very heavy, with clotting, flooding, etc. Since I am

getting prepared for a myo soon, I am curious about what I may be able to expect

from my first fibroid free period. Did you find that your first post-myo period

was light and only about 5 days in duration or did it take some time post-myo

for your periods to " stabilize " into their lighter, shorter character? I know

everyone is different, but after reading your post, I became curious!
