Guest guest
Oh? My underarm temp is always about one full degree lower than oral. This isn't normal?> I get real confused on this temperature measuring thing: *My basal temps seem to be about 95.5 - 96 (I understand that 97.6 - 98.1 is about normal for basal temps) *My oral temps are up to around 97.6 - 97.8 *My underarm temps are about .8 - 1 degree lower than oral. *With mercury toxicity it is supposed to be typical for the body temp to be low and around 97.6. So is normal for me supposed to be 98.6 or 97.6? (Nobody at the mercury site has answered this for me so far....) Just what the heck is supposed to be an accurate measure? I have increased from 2 grains to about 3 1/2 grains and I feel somewhat better, but there are soooo many other variables with mercury toxicity and the chating I am dong for that, that I have a real hard time telling just what is doing what. I am still not able to exercise or do anything (My heartrate has NEVER been slow.) Any input??? ~inga I aon 11/24/04 8:21 AM, Kate at kzlists@... wrote: I'm wondering too. Or do you have to take it under your arm ? Thanks, Mari
