Guest guest
Shirley, Well, as Englebright says on her cards, "Life is just a chair of bowlies." LOL Yup, Life in the Lupus Lane is a real adventure, isn't it? I still think you should look for another doc, and maybe another primary, as well. Doesn't sound like he is listening to you, either. Sometimes, when they don't know the answer, they can't admit it, so they pass the buck and write us off. I don't let 'em get away with that nonsense. I go public. See how he likes having lots of attention focussed on his lack of skill in dealing with difficult conditions. That usually wakes them up pretty good. LOL Try to elevate your legs, if you have a sit down job, and walk around as much as time allows to keep the circulation going in your legs. Are you taking a diuretic? Sounds like you need one. Also, ask for a referral to a Nephrologist, instead of a Rheumy. That way, your kidneys would get the proper attention in spite of the Rheumy. hmmmm? Let me know what happens. Love, MM
