Can you crack a rib from coughing?

So, has had bronchitis. It's been more than 2 weeks, and she's feeling

better.

But, now she has pain and sort of a lump on her side on a rib.

It's very tender to the touch.

Do you have lymph nodes around there? Could it be a lymph node that has swollen

like they do in your neck?

Could she have cracked a rib from coughing so much? Is that possible?

Does anyone have any idea?

It's bothering her enough so that she wants to go to urgent care this morning.
