Guest guest Posted April 18, 2004 Report Share Posted April 18, 2004 I didn't have any idea the thing was coming...it doesn't really require an answer, but I'll probably send them a letter anyway -- can't hurt to have my response in my file when they DO do a nedical review...and, no, I haven't heard of anyone successfully using one.
