I didn’t get a proper dx until I was in my early 40’s. I have lupus, fibromyalgia, arthritis, osteoporosis, TMJ dysfunction, IBS, interstitial cystitis, and cognitive dysfunction (lupus fog). I am a cancer survivor and have had several brain seizures and a brain hemorrhage about 7 ½ yrs. ago. Lots of the lupies here have multiple illnesses, some of which (like mine) may have nothing to do with lupus. Feel free to express yourself anyway you like. I suffer from depression, do you? Depression is a chemical problem that people with lupus and fibromyalgia get. I take meds for it. The other thing that happens to us is lack of REM sleep. I take sleeping pills to help me.
