I am so sorry to hear of your loss - you and Simon must be devastated, and

rightly so!

The heparin used for this purpose is not a high dose, There are other EDS'rs

who have used this - including one with vascular type EDS that I know of,

who carried successfully where they could not before.

I am so sorry to hear of you loss, my thoughts adn prayers are with

you and your husband at this difficult time.

I'm afriad I can't give any real advice on the Heparin, only that as

Jill says it is a very small dose and you would be very closely

monitored throughout the dosage. I know it's not quite the same, but

I have a friend with Vascular EDS who has to take Warfarin for DVT

complications and with careful monitoring he is managing that well,

so hopefully if it is necessary the Heparin might be workable for

you. I very much hope so.

Fay, I'm sorry to hear about this sad news for you and your husband! I will

pray that you are guided through this and that some answers can be gained so

that you can have a successful pregnancy and healthy baby if this is what you
