Guest guest
Hi Carol! I think you need to contact your doctor. If you are feeling like you are going to explode do you think it is blood pressure related? Maybe your job is too stressful for you and maybe a long weekend away spent just you and your husband could be a great gift to yourself. I have not had the surgery yet, but I know how hard I have worked just to get my surgery date. You have put too much time and energy into this procedure to be going backwards Carol. Hugs to you!! in Maine CAROL wrote: > > I usually do ok during the day, although the last few days I have > been on a binge that I can't stop. Guest guest
Hi Carol. I am and in ATL also. First off you know what you are doing is not in your best interest so that is the first hurdle. When did you have WLS, what type, how much have you lost, and how much if any have you gained? I am on Paxil, if the Wellbutrin isn't working then talk to your dr. there are so many drug options out there if they feel that is what you need. Exercise would be a good option instead of snacking. Place up some before and after pictures of yourself to help you remember where you have been and where you are going. Maybe you and your daughter could do something together in the evenings- read, walk, knit. Try to find something healthy to eat high in protein that will fill you up and stick with you for a while. You have hit a bump in the road, but you are still in the race! If you want to you can email me.
