Guest guest
Hi ~ I'm just a few pounds from my 10% goal, and I'm wondering, is that when I choose a goal weight? I think it says to schedule a weight conference with my leader. What is a weight conference? I'm assuming that's where I would set my goal. That leads to my next question...how do you determine your " ideal weight " ? I'm scared of setting it too low and never getting there. I'm not really scared of setting it too high (I'd rather do that than set it too low!) The lowest weight I've ever reached was 145. I'm 5'6 " , pear-shaped, average build. I've also had 5 children which included a set of twins. I tried and tried to get below 145. I was working out 6 days a week and training for an event, so I was getting a TON of exercise...but my weight would go down to 143, then jump back up to 145. Down to 143, up to 145. Nothing I did seemed to budge me off of 145 for more than a day or two. So, does my body just *like* that weight? Because I'm thinking I'll set it as my goal, but I don't know. Thanks for your input! in CO
