First off, hugs to and ! You two aren't the only ones! I did it

too. ;^( But , GOOD FOR YOU FOR STAYING!

Okay I'm up ANOTHER pound. However, I REFUSE to punish myself or beat myself up.

Both of those things I'm really good at, and are just excuses to stay 'safe'.

But, I'm doing better than ever through this trying time and I just keep going

FORWARD. I've journaled everything, I keep weighing in regularly and I'm

focusing on the good news, not the bad.

However, enough is ENOUGH.

This week's weigh in: 157. I'm back where I started 6 weeks ago. Well the hell

with that! I'm going to do Austin 3x's this week and I WILL NOT GO OVER

POINTS. AT ALL!

Plus I'm taking some of the pressure of myself. Like I have a bit of a

fear of the skinny. So I'm changing my birthday goal to 149. That'll help a

little, especially since I'm at the point where losing goes a bit slower. So I'm

going to kick it into gear this week!
