Have you tried Ester C? I can't take regular vitamin C or even a multi vitamin with it in it, but I can take the ester C just fine. Guest guest
I sure know that going back to " what worked once before " can't hurt. And I know it's time to get into that " fight " frame of mind and work at it daily - even on the really hard days, not lose sight of making any tiny amount of progress... And I'd be honored if you used my verse. And please post your Website when you get it up and running. I am so in awe of people who do such a fine job building websites as I'm computer-illiterate? So I think it's great your creating one...at your own speed. But that's o.k. A silly millimeter of progress is a victory - the way I see it... Thanks for the input - and yes, if we don't care for our bodies - I know I don't have anyone jsut beating down my door saying, " Let me help you! Let me Support you! " Dang it!!! :-) Marsh > > Marsha, Thank you for writing about your food plan. I too am going > > that route. Guest guest
Darcy - no I haven't? I'll look into it - I see my counselor today - she might know if ester C is tolerated well by her other fibro clients... Thank you very much....Marsha > Marsha Cole wrote: > I understood that I can't take Vitamin C - it hurts my stomach so my > body WANTED some Vitamin C! > > Have you tried Ester C?
