Guest guest
that's (energy flow) basically what I did eventually last night...and, yes, they feel MUCH better this morning. I find all this extremely interesting, to put it mildly...I ordered a skeleton model yesterday ... reasoning that if I can see how these joints are SUPPOSED to fit together and work then I might have a better chance of actually doing them good... ---------------- I can explain how this stuff works scientifically (and have) - setting up the body's vibratory mechanisms at the cellular level and all that. Still doesn't make it any easier to rationally accept that it is possible, though. Personally, I have just gotten to the point where if something is hurting, I just try to do something with it energetically, in one fashion or another. It might be a specific Jin Shin Do or Polarity release routine or it might be like I suggested to you with your thumbs - just focus on the energy and see what happens. In the last 48 hours, I have put one of my own ribs back in and adjusted my own L4 vertebrae. For well over 30 years, I averaged at least a half dozen trips to the chiro or osteo every year for just general put something back in place trips and 2-3 dozen a year for those bad car accident/moving furniture/etc episodes. It has now been about 21 months since I have been at all. The rest of the family didn't have quite as high an average as I did, but they did have comparable experiences. I think for the four of us there haven't been more than 2-3 trips total in that time and they were for Barb or Kerry last year when the wife and I were out of town someplace. But it is a bit like the old sports saying - you can't hit the ball if you don't swing the bat. You already know ands accept that this stuff works - you just need to shift your thinking to the point where you try some of it first instead of waiting to be reminded . I am glad, however, to hear that it helped. And good thinking about the skeleton since visualization can make a difference.
