Guest guest
From what I can tell it doesnt look like there are very many cereals that are core. But I found a great cereal this past week that is really yummy but I cant find it on the list. It doesnt have any sugar added so I thought it would be core (but it is sweetened with fruit concentrate). So does anyone know if it is considered core or not. I am having a hard time finding a cereal that I like other than oatmeal that is core. The name of it is Back to Nature Brand- Oat and Soy Crisp cereal. (It is like a granola.) Guest guest
If it's sweetened with fruit concentrate it's not Core -- The dry cereal list is purposely limited to exclude any sweetened cereals. If you eat cereal with sliced fruit, you really will find that you don't need additional sweetener to make it taste good -- you might drop a small amount of vanilla in your milk as that enhances flavor also.
