Guest guest
Charcoal. Capsules are neater & easier to swallow than tablets, but if he can't swallow pills you can make a paste with it. How to get that down him I can't help you with. :-S There are the infant gas drops. I don't know about how they might affect our kids, just throwing it out there. Vit C - a large dose will help flush everything on out. You can give the charcoal and C together. -Sara.
Guest guest
What does his diet include? Has he always had gas pains or is this a recent thing? Does it happen after he eats or at certain parts of the day? Doe he have acid reflux symptoms also? Is he on any supplements or medications? Does he have loose stools? Does he drink excessively? Gas can come from different things. There are homeopathic remedies that can help with the pain until you can find out the cause. He could have pathogens in his GI system that can cause this. He could have an intolerance to a food. He could lack certain enzymes to digest certain foods and so on. Guest guest
Have you tried enzymes or good bacteria or possibly antifungals if it is yeast related? Tums. Guest guest
Cumin aromatherapy oil mixed in a little bit of lotion and rubbed on the abdomen is amazing for stopping all cramps and stomach upset. It's like a miracle cure for most abdomenal discomfort. Of course, it just helps with symptoms, not the actual cause. Have you ruled out overgrowth of some sort of bacteria, yeast or parrasite and looked at a possible dietary cause? Gaylen

For my kids, if the gas was caused by food intolerance, I would give enzymes and/or Pepcid AC. If the gas was caused by yeast, I would give GSE.
