Love those boobs! Hi Cheryl, No ! you `SILLY GOOSE'......they don't do this surgery to make you loose weight...You are thinking of Weight Reduction Surgery, where they make your stomach smaller, so that you can't eat as much as you normally would. The colon is your lower intestine....that carries the waste to your rectum.
