Guest guest Posted January 1, 2002 Report Share Posted January 1, 2002 Here we go: B - none, too busy S - 2 c. hot tea L - 1 1/2 thick slices of ham (end of Christmas supper) decaf with cream small slice cheese D - Baked Chicken Thigh Salad with Dressing 1 dill green tomato S - 12 Mac nuts Caramel Apple Cider Total - 9 carbs lots of water, but not as much as I should no exercise today, but WILL get back into walking Thanks to Robin, I now know that my BMI is 34.10 (off the top of the chart). As if weighing in at 194 wasn't bad enough. Thanks to all of you, I took out DANDR and re-read about Induction last night. I copied the pages related to what we can eat for reference. I read " The Glucose Revolution " pocket guide to top 100 low glycemic foods. I did not like it or agree with it. Was very disappointed.
