Guest guest
I hope that when you stopped the adrenal med, you tapered it very slowly over several wks because, if you didn't, you could take your lower lip and fold it back over your head, and that's probably just how you would feel, stopping this suddenly. This is a volatile med also, and should always be tapered slowly. Re: Gone hyper? update > > I never did get back to sleep So, here I am at work with about 3 hours of sleep under my belt.ugh. > > My pulse is now 80, if I had clocked it correctly earlier this morning it was about 100!!!! it has been running about 80 for the past week, easily. I moved from 2.75 grains to 3 grains about 3 weeks ago and I had worked up slowly to that level. I had a blood pressure issue stemming from my own beligerency of not taking my meds, so when I went back on the BP meds, I stopped taking my 10mgs of Isocort, thinking it might have been adding to the problem, but, I am now wondering if my adrenals are rebelling against me. I decided that today I wouldn't take any meds other than BP and then take 2 1/2 grains tomorrow for a few weeks. I will also see if I can get my doc to run some Free's for me now that it has been 4 weeks since my last test. Last time she wouldn't order any without seeing me, I think she just wants me copay. > > Kerry
