Guest guest Posted November 5, 2004 Report Share Posted November 5, 2004 I forgot to mention..... Even my GP, who hasn't got a clue as to what RSD is, Actually MADE me get a Flu Shot! He said that where I already have the Upper and Lower Respitory Infections, ear infections and Allergy problems, that we might as well go ahead and get it over with. Before I got into the office, I heard one of the Receptionists tell another person that the Doctor's only had a certain amount of Flu Shots.....that they ordered a certain amount going by how many patients that they had by age, medical conditions, etc......and that was it. Anyone else that walked in to get one was OUT OF LUCK! So, considering the fact that I only go and see my GP maybe 3-4 times a year if I have an infection or a small problem that isn't RSD/Pain related.....I'm very surprised that I even got one! So, if you are planning on getting a flu shot....you might just want to hurry up and get one!
