Guest guest
When I first went to hospital ( first aneurysm surgery ) then on to the next mishap and surgery etc- the hospital allowed me to see my huge clipboard of papers- last few times I was in if they even seen me reading them - they threw fits- and said " We no longer allow our patients to view these records " and took the huge clipboard full of papers away- ....... I asked " Why? I read them all the other times ? " Nurse said " Just new rules we have to follow. " So- I haven't been able to view them since that date- not too sure I'd want to take the time now- there are way too many but I do think it's unfair not to allow a patient to read their own medical records.
