Guest guest
Mojo.....the more I think about it......I have decided to go ahead and call my Nephrologist tomorrow and try to schedule an appointment with him as soon as possible ......I haven't had a good Rheumatologist in over a year......and While My Primary Care Doctor is good......he just isn't trained to treat Lupus. And just the fact that he wasn't concerned about my kidney functions.....tells me I need to take charge and do what I think is best. There is no telling when I will get an appt. with a Rheumy at this point. Thanks again for getting my head working, C
Guest guest
I do think this is a really smart move. When you're scheduling the appointment tell them you are concerned because your test showed a high creatinine level. Don't be afraid to use the word "high". Your creat level is definitely high. Maybe that'll speed up the appointment.
