I saw that also - it's up on the WW official message boards. It doesn't

sound that exciting to me. In other words you can do Flex points or go back

to the OLD WW program with the addition of 35 flex points a week for foods

not on the lists. And the lists sound maybe MORE restrictive than than the

old WW program (whole grains were not required at all etc). They would HAVE

to be more restrictive than the old WW program (I'm talking 30 years ago) in

order to accomodate the extra 35 points a week.

And you STILL have to journal - I journalled on the old WW program... how

else do you keep track? So what's the advantage?

Glad I have the calculators for Winning Points... it's working great for me!

I think that this program might be helpful to those of us who need that

restriction and thrive on it. I do much better if I am given choices than if I

make my own choices.
