Kayla,

Well sorry to harp on this but it still is the wrong approach your

parents are taking. If your mom is overweight too then maybe you could

work on it together? Learn to cook in healthier ways, exercise

together. your mom needs to get off the diet mentality. Yoyo dieting

just makes you heavier and harder to lose weight the next time. The key

is learning a new lifestyle. On Sat I posted a bunch of articles on

things to do, healthy habits and ways to cook and eat better. Maybe

those will give you some ideas and you could talk to your mom about

helping you, not punishing you and you could do it together.
