This also freezes well.

Cook it till done. Cool and add the sour cream. Freeze it in portions you want to use.

When you want to use it cook a potato in the microwave or some egg noodles and then heat the "Stroganoff mixture in the microwave and pour on top.

Wallah you have a quick easy supper.

Hamburger Stroganoff

1 1/2 Lb Hamburger Meat2 Cans cream of mushroom soup1/4 Tsp salt1 Carton sour cream -- (8 oz)1/2 Cups chopped onion1 soup can of milk 1 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper1 Tb Worchester sauce1 Tsp paprika

Brown hamburger meat. Add onions and cook until tender. Add Onion soup mix, cream soup, milk and seasonings. Mix well. Simmer until bubbly and then for 5 minutes more. Remove from heat.

Stir in sour cream. Serve over cooked egg noodles or sliced baked potatoes.
