what tests?

Hi,

I have hypothyroid and am going in for bi-annual blood tests for both that and my gastric bypass next week.

I've been on .10mg of synthroid for about 7 years now and I do NOT believe that it's working. I haven't believed that I've been properly treated for years. I've always been denied the referrals to see a specialist (military insurance).

Anyways, I've been really reading up on all the issues surrounding being hypo, but as a double-check I wanted to get an opinion from here as to what blood test I need to DEMAND... Below are the test I routinely get every 6 months...what do you guys feel should be added overall or just thyroid related...
