Guest guest
I know you have a copy of Gach so I am not going give detail instructions on finding the points here - I am just going to type out the release pattern. If Gach doesn't list them all (I am not taking the time to check at the moment), let me know and I will look them up for you elsewhere. Also, if anyone else on the list without a copy of Gach wants to try the release, let me know and I will post the specifics on finding the points. It basically is a series of two-point holds. You do one side of the neck and then the other. You can do all of them one side first, then the other side, one hold on one side and then the other side, etc. In other words, it doesn't matter. Just do them in this sequence. They don't really address the scalenes individually, but they do work the entire neck. Start by opening both UB 20's (I always start and end all sessions this way). I am going to write this up assuming starting on the left side of the body with the person on their back. RH GB 20 LH GB 40 RH UB 10 LH UB 64 RH TW 16 LH TW 4 RH TW 16 LH P 1 RH SI 16 LH SI 4 RH LI 18 LH LI 4 RH LI 18 LH LU 3 RH SI 17 LH SI 7 RH ST 9 LH ST 42 RH GV 16 LH GV 20 RH GV 16 LH CV 22 Reverse hands for working on the left side of the body. Like I said, if you are unsure about any of the points, let me know.
