Fire the son-of-a-bitch.

Send a registered letter demanding he send you all your medical

records. Give him/office a firm deadline (one week) or you will file

a formal grievance through HIPAA

http://www.hhs.gov/ocr/privacyhowtofile.htm (this is the grievance form.)

Report what happened to you to the city and state medical associations.

You must get a new EP. I would call the nearest teaching hospital and

ask for the chair of the cardiology department. Tell them you need a

referral. Insist on talking to chair. Then, ask for the referral and

then tell him/her why.

Begin your search now. You have been mistreated and the EP should be

hung out to dry.

Personally, I prefer the Cleveland Clinic for access to serious

information/physicians.
