Guest guest
this is awesome!! and so true, thanks for the reminders!! I am encouraged,!! Debbie in CA Inspiration For anyone just getting started on a Weight Watchers Plan: The easiest way to get the most out of your plan is to do it " right " right from the start. Once you have established the good habit of doing things correctly, it makes it easier to make good choices. I read a statistic that said most people are on diets for an average of three days before giving up. This is because everyone wants immediate results. You don't see them in three or four days so you think it's not working. The only way to effectively lose weight is by sticking to whatever diet you are on. Stick to it for at least two weeks and then make a decision as to whether or not it's working. Two weeks is nothing compared to the results you are going to get! Ask yourself this question every morning: Am I committed to achieving my goal, or is today the day I'm going to start over? Here are a few tips for achieving your goal. 1). Write it down. Put on your mirror in the bathroom. It's amazing how simple and effective it is. 2). Daily affirmation. Tell yourself that you can do it. When you think about making a bad food decision. Say your daily affirmation. 3). Track your results. When you have visible evidence of the number of inches and lbs. you've lost it does wonders for the human spirit. I hope this helps at least one person today. I was thinking about how I could make a helpful contribution to the group and hopefully inspire someone to start making a good habit of healthy eating. Hope everyone has a wonderful day! Walsh http://www.aboutdietmyths.com/?refid=serious
