Hi Beth! Your walking sounds like a great plan. I have been trying to walk to

work every day (it's only 3/10 of a mile, but it's something. This past week,

I haven't done it at all. I have got to get the motivation going again. I

think you are right about the more aerobics. I need to do that too.

The frisbee is really fun, but no pictures yet - we are not that good! LOL
