Hi Sue, thanks very much for your reply.

The rashes on my face vanish. I'm the only one who can see them, when not in a flare. Than my face looks like people who work outdoors, cheeks with cracked blood vessels.

The ones on my body seem to stay 'though. I can live with them.

There are some types of pain, which are hard to cope with, like burning pains in my throat and belly, sometimes even a sort of itchy pains inside. Cramps/ spasms and such, they can be the worst pains, especially in my head. Along comes a sort of pressure from under my skull. Than I'm all pain. I try to manage the pain, even if it means going towards the pain or even be the pain. It's just so unpredictable. I spent more than a week being so dizzy, finding my way to the toilet .. and now it's passing, I think what did I do all week long. Lost weight for sure. In other words, I do forget the details of the hard days and than I'm glad for my nowadays forgetfulness.

This sounds neat to me to baby-sit your grandchild. The children of my friends they are almost adults. Last week I phoned a friend when her son picked up the phone, with his deep male voice. I didn't recognized him by his voice! I hope my confusion didn't last for too long than a second. Afterwards I was down in memory-lane remember until now - smile -.

The Dutch summers are getting more tropical every year, dry summers with hot winds, nothing to cool off by. Last year I sat almost all summer inside. I think the moments I came out were when the sun had disappeared.

We had cold winters and gentle summers, with rain showers and summer heat not so much further than 23 degrees Celsius.

The climate has changed. At the moment we have very cold nights for May, almost freezing at night, and about 15 degrees Celsius during the day.

Do you experience climate changes in Florida over the years?

In my flares last winter, I saved costs on heating - smile.

I hope the muggy heat will stay away for a long while in Fl.

Last summer in this dry tropical heat, I stayed in all summer and since I need to take vitamin D.

Now I'm on HTML messages, yet not when I received yours.

Sorry, the format of your original messages changed to mine.

I didn't know how to get it right with copying and pasting it from a digest.

Micha.
