Guest guest Posted February 2, 2003 Report Share Posted February 2, 2003 Made modified Eggs Florentine today: drained a can of spinach sprayed frying pan with Pam heated spinach then sprinkled parmesan cheese dropped eggs unto spinach shaved low-fat cheese on eggs covered an cooked until done ( Jim added hot sauce to his) Thought it came out fine!
