Peeing in fishbowls sounds like a scene out of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, European version. Still, as you say, that was the way it was and everyone was in the same boat. Those doctors had to be totally dedicated and totally frustrated. Thank God they were there and persevered under all kinds of adverse circumstances. Angels come in many forms.
