My wife and I are doing Core. It's been working pretty well, as long as

we stick to it. I lost 3 pounds on Core, and my wife lost 4. I've

heard plenty of other great success stories as well.

I have lost a total of 10.6 pounds in 3 weeks on Core. It seems like I eat a

ton!

I have been doing it since I first found out about it at my meeting. I am now

doing my 6th week. I have always been a very slow loser, averaging maybe 2-3

pounds a month, usually have a gain with my TOM. Well, since doing core I have

lost 12 pounds in my 5 weigh ins and not gained at all. I don't expect this to

continue and figure that it will slow down anytime now, but I am one happy

camper!!!

This is my first week on core, actually day 3. I love it. I don't officially

weigh in until Thursday but I have lost 3.4 pounds already (yes, I am an eveyday

weigher).

Because I was skeptical also, I have been counting points as well (after the

fact) and have been under my daily target each day and have been eating all day

and feeling satisfied all day. I use 5 flex points per day on stuff that is not

core. Also use my AP's for non core foods.
