I know how you feel!!!! My husband lifts weights A LOT he is obsessed with it

almost (that's where he's at now LOL) anyway's he has been taking glucosamine

supplements for about 4 years now as bad joints run in his family and his are

ill used from all the lifting. He convinced me to try them, and I've been on

them for about 4 months now. I didn't notice how MUCH the pain in my joints

had lessened, until I had to get off everything for surgery. I'm taking them

again now, and can't wait until they kick back in, the pain is that much

worse

I'm 26 to, and wonder what happened to *ME*

Nice to meet you Meredith. Sorry to hear you have it so young! It's

hard when you can't keep with people your own age, at least for me.

Will look into those supplements.....thanks...
