Not Dana, but my son had some phenol/salycilate problems too --

apple, grapes, plums, cherries, oranges -- that went away after about

15 rounds of ala + dmsa (some rounds ala only). What a thrill when he

got to eat some grapes again! He still needs No-Fenol for them, but

no more red ears, no more rages.

YAY!

He has been on the Feingold Diet

My kids tolerated basically nothing. With enzymes, they tolerated

certain foods, but not all.

My son lost his phenol intolerance at some point by round 10 of ALA

chelation.

For the foods which my kids tolerated with enzymes, they tolerated

them without enzymes at about round 50.

For the foods which they did not tolerate, even with enzymes, they

tolerated them at about round 70.

Now my kids can eat anything, even artificial colors, without enzymes.

Based on my son's experience [and my other kids], yes.

There are some comments on changes to food issues that you

can read in " love letters " if you wish:

Go to the URL listed, then use your browser to " seach in page "

for " food " .

good wishes,

oops. Search for " food " or " GFCF " -- maybe other food related

words that I can't think of!
