Guest guest
Hi Jill, I have tried " cleansing " many times, as well as many from our group. For anyone with any type of EDS it really should be done very, very slowly. The natural healer I see recommended this and I, of course, wanted to do it the way it was supposed to be done.......within 24 hours, I had severe headache and severe nausea and vomiting. It really works, but our fragile systems need to go slow.......gradually adding fiber, especially soluble fiber, is a great way to gently cleanse the system. Hope this helps. Guest guest
Parasite Question I have a question from someone who would like to remain anonymous but is on the list. She would like to know about parasite cleaning and if anyone has tried this and if it was as beneficial as is described. Jill ******************************************************** Yes, I did it 10 years ago. During my massage classes, I took several herbology classes. A big part of herbology is bowel cleansing. The teacher said that everyone with pets in the home, had parasites. I have never been with out pets, so I tried it. If I remember correctly, it takes a full 10 days to rid the body. In men, the favorite place to nest is in the prostrate. The teacher said that one day during the treatment they would appear and we would litterally see them in the toilet. I never did see any, but taking the herbs did not make me sick. They did give me a bit of a runny stool. I was on no medications at all, so I didn't have to worry about interactions between meds and herbs. Cindylouwho
