Guest guest Posted April 8, 2004 Report Share Posted April 8, 2004 This recall is becoming a pain in the behind today. I posted earlier that Dylan and my mom have these recalled patches. The posts are taking so long lately. Sometimes they show up the next day GRRRR..... Anyway, all the pharmacies are out because all they had where the bad ones. So... Everyone has to get new scripts for a different med or, go up or down in dosage. Well, moms Dr refuses to let her go up, and will only give a script for a lower dose. Moms been in bed for weeks due to pain. That Dr makes me so angry! Why let a 81 year old suffer like this???? URGGGGG... Well, I'm waiting for Dylans Dr to call back to see if he will raise his now instead of next week as was planned. The pharmacies can't even let use exchange the bad 75mg for a 50mg and a 25mg, due to it being a controled substance. They need a new script for that too. Needless to say, once all the phone calls are sorted, I'll be driving all over creation to get both Drs and pharmacies to get this straightned out. I feel like punching my moms Dr. Just because she is not comfortable RXing narcotics, her chronic pain patients suffer. I think it's best I don't see her face in that office today, I think they'd call the cops on me for what I want to say to her right now! Back to the phones.
