Guest guest
You might be tired from not getting enough protein in your diet. It's a little bit harder to include protein in your diet when you're on a vegan diet. There are ways to get the protein but it makes for a harder journey. You might want to try and incorporate some lean chicken meat in your diet and see if that helps. Guest guest
Hi, I was a vegan for several years, and I had no problems with being tired or with getting protein for that matter. In my opinion, being a vegan would work great with WW. There are a ton of high protein meat-like things out there that are very low in fat and high in fiber. I don't know how much you know about it, so I won't totally bore you... If you want more info, email me. But there are Boca Burgers that are only one point, Morningstar Farms makes a ton of sausage patties that are great. There is vegan chili mix that is really good. If you are doing no eggs, you can use soft tofu to make " scrambled eggs " but make sure you get low fat tofu. The only time I ever had a hard time eating healthy as a vegan was going out to eat. The rest of the time you should be totally fine, in my opinion. What problems are you having maintaining the WW lifestyle as a vegan? My only thought would be if you were eating too much bread or pasta.... Good luck, in Ohio T G wrote: Hello is anyone a Vegan WW? I was a vegan for sometime and was able to keep my weight in ck.
