No, I haven't had a chance to ride one yet. I'll have to ask my hubby to

bring home a Cannondale EZ rider. He seems to bring home some of the

funkiest styles (Bachetta, Haluzak - mostly underseat steering which I

can't get the hang of).

The Rans Fusion is very nice, and the Sun EZ series of bikes is a

similar format to Bike E. (and not very expensive)

I was bummed when Bike E went out of business.

in CO

ps. My hubby is looking over my shoulder and wants me to plug Angle

Tech...so if you ever want to purchase a recumbent bike visit

http://www.angletechcycles.com - they sell and ship all over the world.

LOL! There's my shameless plug. :-)

Re: RE: Recumbent bicycles OT

Ah me TOO. The Cannondale Ez rider is the next best thing to a BikeE...

Have

you gotten a chance to ride a BigHa yet?

Hope you like the Ez rider... I think it's a very sweet bike. Let me know

how you like it! Just got finished watching the SECOND Tdf show today...

watched it this AM - live coverage. Watched the roadside tour with Kirsten

Gum and the Cutters (while on the gazelle freestyle - got an hour of cardio

in!). WON'T watch it again tonight. I hate myself being glued to the tube

like that but it only happens once a year when the TdF is going on. Tonight

? Well, of course, we'll take a bike ride. No way I can WATCH all that bike

riding and not indulge myself! :)

I agree - I was terribly bummed when BikeE closed. I still have 2 bikeE's,

an AT and a RX and I don't intend to let either of them go in the near

future. (Since our bikes stay in the house, DH tells me I can only have two

bikes. So my AT is boarding at our son's house - which makes it handy for

taking bike rides while over there.). *LOL*

You watching TdF? You think Lance will win?
