Guest guest
I know I need to exercise. I have videos galore & a treadmill & weight bench at my home. I have no children who demand nearly all of my attention. I do work full time & go to school 3 nights a week, but I have a lot of time in front of the TV, too. So how do I motivate myself to just do it? Any suggestions? Those of you who were exercise-phobic before, but came to enjoy & need your regular workout please sound off on this. I want to love exercise, but frankly I have a bad attitude about it right now. The aerobics instructors on the videos and the mileage read-out on the treadmill actually tick me off! Silly, huh? Please help me change! (Tory, I have a feeling you will have some insight on this, and will not pull any punches telling it. I need that. I'd love to hear your input!)
