Hi everyone! Looks like lots of us are off to a good start. . . here's my

menu

coffee

mozz. cheese sticks (no breading)

roast beef au jus

salad w/creamy italian

Not enough food, but I seem to have come down with a bout of the stomach

flu-I'll spare you all the gory details, suffice it to say that I lost 2 lbs

over night. Full of aches & pains, too. I think I'm crawling back in bed.

The excersise will have to wait another day or two. I am getting in lots of

water tho.

You know, I think I sent my stats in wrong. Its no big deal, but I

started last January and lost about 30 lbs, my starting weight then was 222

and I was down to 180-something.. . .
