Well, sounds like a little bit of progress.....have you asked the dr. what he

thinks of all this?

crawled -- WOOHOOO!

Hi again,

Okay so we made progress today. is crawling just alittle

bit but she's moving at least (out of the DBB). She also attempted

to pull up on her activity table but when she put down her left foot

for balance, she tumbled, like she didn't have any support. She

cried but was okay and went back to her table and went up on her

knees. Then she put her left foot on the floor (picture man

kneeling to propose) and I could tell she was putting a little

weight on it.

When I gave her her bath tonight, I massaged her foot while washing

it. She screamed but I was persistent for about one full minute. I

started singing and she stopped crying. Made me think that if she

was in EXTREME pain due to something really being wrong, then I

wouldn't have been able to distract her so easily from crying.

Granted the singing doesn't work when I'm touching her foot but she

calms VERY quickly.

I have been giving her Tylenol at times but I think for the next few

days I am going to keep it (or Motrin) round the clock and see if

that helps.

Thank you to all of you for your support!

Marilouise,

At least she is trying to move around more now. It sounds as though she is

making progress. I hope it gets better soon for the little angel.

Hi ee,

Yes, a little progress. In the DBB she still won't make any

attempts to crawl. Will roll over in her crib but that's it. I

think that is mostly due to not knowing she can do it yet. I am

going to email Dr. H about the refusal (or my worry is the

inability) to put weight on her left foot. And I don't like the

intense screaming when I touch that foot. Seems over the top for

just sensitivity, but again I really have no idea. I guess I'll see

what he says.
