Does your Ipod have a menu where you can select speaker output?

If it doesn't, then I'm not sure. You're probably better off calling either

Phonak or Apple. You can usually find their toll free numbers online at their

websites. You'll need tech support. If it does have the speaker option, then

I'd try that

Hi Stefanie - Tom and Sam both use neckloops with their iPods - they

don't use their FM with it at all.

So they put on the neckloop and then just turn on the iPod, and it picks up

the signal?

Yes, I'm still stumped by modern technology :)

Hi Stefanie - yes and set their hearing aids to telecoil. Sometimes

they have to move the telecoil around a bit to hit the " sweet spot " on

the telecoil but it works well for both of them.
