Guest guest
Hello... another quick question in our unending quest for answers... Today the dentist told me that Rosemarie has what is called " dental hypoplasia " . She (the dentist) said that this is a symptom of many (many) syndromes. Basically, it means the top layer of one of her teeth (and maybe the others in the future) isn't there, and you can see the underlayer of her tooth, which is discolored. It is a malformation, she said, and the baby had it always, even if it didn't always show. Does anyone have any knowledge or experience with this? Is it common in the syndrome or syndromes your kids may have? Is there anything else I need to know? Can this possible help towards a diagnosis? Thanks so much, again!
