Hi Andy,

I heard about and experienced that too high dose of ALA and too few

days of resting period will cause eyelids and muscle tics. I heard

that it is due to the excretion of magnesium when taking ALA. If that

is not the case, then why resting period is neccessary and why taking

too much ALA causes muscle tics? Why I few much weaker after a

chelation round? " Oxidative stress " ? Then can I say that if taking

too much ALA causes me muscles tics, then that is the indication that

I do have much mercury inside my body?
