Also wanted to know if anyone knew if olive leaf extract, or l-carnitine cause constipation and bloating. I started my daughter on olive leaf and l carnitine four days ago and she has been constipated and really bloated ever since. She is also more cranky. Guest guest Posted November 2, 2004 Report Share Posted November 2, 2004 Hi ,I give my son Primal Defense and I think it is the best probiotic I have ever used.He's acting more normal than the normal kids (last week , the day the sox won the world series, he was chosen to sing God Bless America for the whole school during morning announcements and brought tears to my eyes. He has no butt rash, no foot fungus,and no face ,chest rash,they are all gone!Stools show white rice looking things.....I think its yeast coming out.
